How can I contact you?

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card and American Express credit cards and company checks with a purchase order and approved credit. Our existing customers can continue with the same arrangement they have now.
When will my credit card be charged?
We authorize your credit card at checkout but do not capture the money until the order has shipped. That way there is still time for adjustments to be made after you check out.
Do you offer reseller or quantity discounts?
We sometimes offer discounts for quantity purchases. These differ according to the type of product, so feel free to call and ask.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax in the state of Tennessee. If you are a reseller in the state of Tennessee and wish to place an order with us please fax your reseller certificate to 615-822-3096. Orders shipped out of state will not be charged tax.
Do you have additional products for sale?
Yes. We have many more parts than those listed in the website, both in our stock and at numerous vendors nationwide. We will do our best to help you find the correct part for your needs.
How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password, please go here and enter your email address. This will generate a random password for your account and email it to you. Once you have received the new password, it is highly recommended that you log in immediately and change it to something you will remember.
Am I required to register?
If you wish to place an order on our site you must register. You do not have to register to view our products and prices and will not be asked to register until the checkout process.
How may I track my order?
You may track your order by logging in to your account and viewing the details of the order.
How may I change/cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order any time prior to being processed or shipped by calling 615-822-3151. After your order has been processed or shipped it can not be changed and cancellations will be handled as returns.
What is your return policy?
  • Custom cable assemblies are not eligible for returns.
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers.
Can you waive the restocking fee?
If you order the wrong item we must charge a restocking fee to help offset costs. These costs include the fees to charge and refund your credit card, shipping, packaging, labor etc. We NEVER charge a restocking fee if the return is directly caused by an issue we created.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged due to shipping?
Please call us immediately at 615-822-3151 so we can resolve this issue.
What shipping method do you use?
Normally our orders are shipped by UPS ground. If you prefer overnight services or another carrier, please let us know.
Is my personal information safe?
When you place an order with Electronic Cable & Connector your information is kept safe and private. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside of this company.
If I register with Electronic Cable & Connector, will I receive unsolicited email?
We do not sell or share our customer information with any outside sources. Occasionally we may send informative information to our customers, but you are welcome to opt out of any such mailings.
